We were essentially involved in the RR31 (Cullinun) during the series start-up phase. Here we maintained the change between the first series parts and supervised the adjustment of the necessary changes to implement it before start of production. Â

We were allowed to develop the secret model of the BMW i16 (the "almost" successor) of the BMW i8. The design of the front and rear axles have been managed by us. The project was canceled shortly after the last prototype phase as a wrong market signal. This was followed by further orders in the axle area for the BMW (e.g. the iX5), which we were also able to accompany through to series production.

Development projects from vehicle conversion and classic cars:
Examples from the area of small series and individual production are illustrated here.
Some components that are shown are used in the tuning and classic car sector. For example, a multi-function display for a Nissan Skyline R34 or a cover for Datsun 240Z from 1969. All components were carried out using a 3D scan reverse engineering and "re" digitized in 3D CAD. A water pump for an NSU Ro80 has also been developed.
Nautical development projects:
Here is an example from our project landscape in the area of watercraft
One of our current projects is the AQUAFOIL. An electrically powered kiteboard which would be an interesting alternative to surfing.Â
We hope to be able to show more pictures in a few months. Also in action!
From a simple components to complex product structures and department-specific background, we are at your service.Â
